Hello to all my girls. It’s been a nice day and here I am writing to be with all of you and to share the day and its hues of blue. It started with a bang with a rigorous aerobics class followed by a splash of rain. The distance between my class and home is barely five minutes but those five minutes were enough for a drizzle to turn into a heavy pour. Blue sky with blue hues made the starting of the day simply fabulous and I couldn’t wait to get on the road and drive with full wiper on.
Blue hue and beige coffee- perfect combination to run through a hectic schedule. After working out the parking woes which is a perpetual concern in the hustle and bustle of this terrific city, I made my way walking through the muddy alley and hip hopping between muddle pools. For a fashion designer, this is a part and parcel for we can travel the earth and its narrow lanes to source that perfect fabric and those glittering trims. This is our food for thought, our labour of love, our friends in need.
The rainy weather and a hot cup of coffee with a good friend, as always made my day and we even tried nachos with a mouth watering dip. We deliberately kept the count of calories away and blamed it on the weather. Monsoons make it so lovely, so nice to enjoy the day with one’s favourite activities and sometimes it takes you to a wonder land where you just wish the time won’t run and the coffee won’t end. Well such is life. Like they say all good times come to an end only to ensure that more good moments come soon.
