I was intrigued the minute I got the mail from the brand introducing the products. As the tagline says, ‘Do more always‘, the brand makes a range of personal care products for active individuals. The brand itself is launched by everyday athletes. Basically, it is a brand by athletes for athletes because we all believe in doing more always.

With our stressed routines, I can’t stress enough on the need of an active lifestyle. And here is a personal care range which consists of modern day products that are made by every day athletes who understand what their customers want. How cool can that be!

I have a combination skin which is more towards the oily side. My skin is sensitive too. Sometimes I wonder that all the skin concerns fit on me. Well, such is life! That is why I’m always on the lookout for products and brands that go an extra mile for their customers. Always, the brand claims to make ‘no nonsense skincare & body care products’. And these are made specifically keeping in mind the demands of our everyday, active lifestyle. So it’s all sorted!

Do More Always Review – Good skincare for oily skin

The face care range includes face wash, moisturiser & sunscreen. Let’s look at them one by one.

1. Always Cleanse Foaming Face Wash
   It’s an anti-bacterial face wash that has the goodness of neem, aloe vera and Arabica coffee oil. The face wash is gentle on the skin and effectively cleanses dirt, oil & sweat. Neem helps in preventing acne and pigmentation while aloe vera keeps the skin moisturised. The bottle is sleek and won’t take much space on your shelf. The face wash is almost watery that turns into foam when pumped out.
   Since I like foamy face washes, this one’s absolutely good to go. Face wash is an integral part of my life. A good face wash can take a lot of stress away, literally! People with oily skin can feel me.

2. Always Hydrate Face Moisturiser
   Rs 500/- for 50 ml
   With the goodness of niacinamide & Vitamin B5 + E, this is an apt moisturiser for oily skin. Niacinamide helps in preventing acne and fading scars. It is a water soluble vitamin that’s effective in minimising enlarged pores and also helps in softening fine lines and wrinkles. I see a lot of anti-ageing products having this as a major ingredient.
   The moisturiser doesn’t leave the skin oily or greasy. It gets easily absorbed by the skin. I felt amazing after using it. It deeply hydrates and leaves a supple feeling to the cheeks.
   Moisturising is one of the best ways to enhance natural beauty.
   
   
3. Always Protect Sunscreen with SPF 50
   Rs 500/- for 50 ml
   Just pump a few drops and you’re good to go. It goes into the skin quickly and you’re set to move out. Always apply the sunscreen at least 20 minutes before heading out. Always Protect Sunscreen has a broad spectrum SPF 50+ protection which is great for me as I’ve been advised by my dermatologist to use a SPF 50 protection formula.
   I use it indoor and outdoor and reapply if I’m outdoors for more than 3 hours. The bottle can be easily carried in my bag and it is almost the size of my sanitiser. The sunscreen gives me deep hydration without any oily effect. It further helps in reducing tan as well.
