2) HAIR CARE

Once a week, oil your hair and massage to glory. Ask someone at home to do it for you or visit a parlour and give yourself to professional hands. Hair massage relaxes the muscles and makes you feel light and zippy. It is a good way to forget the problems of the world.

3) SAY YES TO MAKE-UP 

I have had my worst days but I used to put on my favourite lipstick and some eye shadow to take on the day and trust me, it worked. It’ll work for you too. Glam up and move out.

4) EXFOLIATION

5) USE A TONER

Using a toner is always a good idea as the heat opens up our skin pores and that leads to clogging of these pores by dirt and oil. But using a toner can prevent that. Pick a toner as per your skin type.

A cleansing- toning- moisturising routine is a must everyday. Don’t forget it during your bad days. You body may not get up but do get up and follow a strict skincare routine. Good days will come soon and your skin has to be prepared for them.
