Espire Hospitality Limited- Five New Properties in Rishikesh, Udaipur and Goa

Espire Hospitality Limited has unveiled plans to add five new properties across India, marking a major milestone in its expansion journey. This development enhances the brand’s footprint in key travel hotspots such as Udaipur, Rishikesh, and North Goa. The initiative is part of Espire’s ambitious goal to double its inventory by March 2026.
Each new property has been strategically chosen to meet the rising demand in prominent tourist regions, reflecting the company’s commitment to offering immersive stays in destinations that inspire and rejuvenate.

The five upcoming properties include:

1. Country Inn Premier, Udaipur – Situated in the heart of the city, this 55-room hotel will feature a rooftop pool, a rooftop dining venue, and 12,000 sq. ft. of banquet space.
Expected Opening: January 2026
2. Country Inn Premier, Rishikesh – Located just 500 metres from the iconic Lakshman Jhula, this property will offer Ganga-facing rooms, a restaurant, a night club, and a 4,000 sq. ft. banquet facility.
Expected Opening: November 2025
3. Country Inn, Rishikesh – Another addition close to Lakshman Jhula, this hotel will provide Ganga view rooms, a restaurant, a night club, and family-friendly recreation spaces, including a kids’ play area and a gaming arcade.
Expected Opening: November 2025
4. Smart Stays by Country Inn, Rishikesh – A lively, youth-focused concept featuring a rooftop pool and restaurant, a recreation lounge with a gaming arcade, and 31 stylish guest rooms.
Expected Opening: November 2025
5. Country Inn, Calangute – North Goa – Positioned just 500 metres from Calangute Beach, this 44-room property will offer private balconies for each room, two dining options including a poolside bar, and a gaming arcade.

In addition to the new Country Inn properties, Espire Hospitality Limited is preparing to launch three ultra-luxury hotels in Mussoorie, Mumbai, and near Vrindavan, each crafted to offer outstanding experiences in landmark destinations. The company is also close to finalising the signing of a new ZANA Resort in Dehradun, further expanding its presence in North India’s high-end hospitality segment.
