  • My best way to do a spa at home is "dim the lights and burn a candle or some aroma sticks, as I have dry hair I always choose lavender oil to massage my hair and after indulging in a soothing spa experience at the comfort of my home, I wash my hair with a mild shampoo that suits my hair type and hair condition".

  • My spa therpy at home is .... using warm water adding a lots oh rose water and rose petals ... firstly using coconut oil and massage full body like easier way, then rub with brown sugar and wash with warm water mixed with rose petals ... any moisture with lots of body butter ... If u pampring yourself like this u feel very restless and fresh, aromatic and tension free ...
lovely giveway hope I win :)

  • My spa therapy at home includes pampering of my skin and hair. At first I decorate my room with aromated candles and rose petals.

Then I indulge in pampering of my sin.I exfoliate my skin gently with natural papaya enzymes, to give it a natural glow.

    1. At first I wash face thoroughly.
    2. Then I bring large pot of water to boil.
    3. While water is heating, I mash 1/2 of a papaya into a paste.
    4. Then I move pot to table and place face over steam, holding a bath towel over my head. Adjust to be sure skin is at a comfortable temperature.
    5. Steam face for 5-8 minutes.
    6. Apply papaya mixture, carefully avoiding the eye area.
    7. Lie down and relax for 5-10 minutes.
    8. When I feel fully rejuvenated, I rinse my face and apply moisturizer for a radiant complexion.

    Next, I pamper my hair.

    1. First I heat half a cup of extra virgin olive oil and let it cool. When the oil is still slightly warm, apply on scalp and hair. Overall oil massage of the scalp with fingertips with gentle circular motions. I make sure that I am not pulling my hair while massaging, as it can cause hair loss.

    2. Next, I soak a clean towel into a bucket of warm water. Squeeze the towel to remove water. Wrap a warm towel to the head, so the hair is covered by a towel. Leave the towel wrapped around my head for 10 to 15 minutes. This will help the oil get into the hair shaft.

    3. After applying steam to the hair, the next step is to wash the hair with shampoo thoroughly. I choose a shampoo that suits my hair type and texture. Rinse hair with warm water.

    4. Wipe off excess water in the hair. Make sure that I do not rub my hair with a towel as it can make the hair rough up the cuticle and contribute to frizziness.

    5. Then I take a few deep conditioner and apply it on my hair, use a wide toothed comb. I use a natural conditioner that suits my hair type. With deep conditioning, I can protect my hair from frizziness. Leave the conditioner on my hair for 15 to 20 minutes.

    5. Then I rinse my hair to remove hair conditioner. I pat with a towel to dry and remove the water on the hair. Next, I comb the hair using a wide-toothed comb. Apply a hair mask to each section of hair. Make sure that every hair is coated with a hair mask. Then I wrap my head with a warm towel for 10 to 15 minutes and then wash it off thoroughly with warm water.

In this way, I pamper my skin and hair at home.

    Thanks for the lovely Giveaway.

  • The first thought that strikes my mind when noticing the word SPA is it's "ME TIME" session for myself. I would love to unwind myself and for that the most important element is to free myself from all phone calls, sms , whats app , social media and other visitors. Also to free myself from daily chores and family for a while to relax completely. Create the right ambiance with help of aromatic candles, setting all my scrub, moisturizer, face pack essential oils, towel and other things on place. Also to turn on a soothing music and preparing a bowl of fruit salad.

To start with i will prefer a head therapy and i will treat my hair roots with warm oil which is a mixture of almond oil and jasmine oil. Then cover my head with a hot towel for 20 minutes and steam it to nourish my scalp. while steaming is getting done, i like to scrub my face followed by facial massage for 5-10 mins. Applying a face pack and eye pack and relax totally. the music and scented air will be a bliss for my senses.

After that will wash my head with a mild shampoo and conditioning them to make them smoother. And i trust upon dove therapy to make my days.
Washing the face as face pack and eye pack dries and apply a good nourishment moisturizer will be the next step.
I like to apply a body scrub and exfoliate to remove tanning and dead skin. after scrubbing i like to soak my body in bath tub which is filled with neem leaves water and add a few drops of fragrant oil to double the joy.
Massage your hands. arms and body with almond oil that is a super effective treatment in itself.
Massages increase the blood circulation. The next step should be shower and applying moisturizer to get that supple and healthy skin. Yes !!
It's so much fun and joy to have a luxurious bathing session.

After all the therapy and process, sit in calm and peace to enjoy the blissful environment. Sip up a juice and enjoy your salad. Read some interesting book or indulge in the mind balancing music. Get your nails done or may be just apply a beautiful nail art.

just breathe in and out to relax and then later head into your world of busy days with a new you :)

I am sure you would love this beautiful spa experience. i sincerely hope that it helps !
    Thankyou!!!

  • MY BEST WAY FOR SPA AT HOME
    FOR FACE-
1)Cleanse your face with your usual cleansing lotion. Even good old soap and warm water will do.
2)Steam your face over a boiling pan of water for 2 to 3 minutes, to open out pores.
    3) Make my own scrub. Mix breakfast oats with milk to a paste-like consistency and rub over your face for 5 to 10 minutes.
4)Make my own face pack: Mix a tablespoon of gram flour with a teaspoon of honey, fresh ground turmeric and 10 ml of milk and apply for dry skin. For oily skin, skip the milk and use rose water instead. Leave on till dry and then rinse
    FOR HAIR -
Warm half a bowl of coconut or olive oil. Add the juice of half a lemon if you have very oily hair . Massage well into roots, comb out and wrap a hot towel around your head for 10 minutes.

Remove towel and apply a hair pack. Henna powder mixed with black tea and a teaspoon of ground soaked fenugreek (methi) seeds is great for shine and volume and works for all hair types. To add strength to brittle hair, use egg white with fenugreek paste instead. The egg protein repairs the damaged hair shaft.

Shampoo after 20 minutes. You could rinse your hair with half a glass of beer after the shampoo -- it adds instant shine and bounce to your tresses.
IN END A CUP OF GREEN TEA IS MUST SO THAT BODY REJUVINATE FROM INSIDE TOO .

  • I love the cooler temperature of Autumn, but only my skin gets dry easily, also my hair. Especially with the area towards the ends of my hair. It sometimes gets so dry and fuzzy, which is not too much fun to deal with. That makes me feel uncomfortable, so i follow a simple routine.

    * Homemade Hot Oil Hair spa Treatment *

You can use a single type of oil, or a blend of a few, depending on your needs. Here are some basics oil you can choose from and their benefits.

Olive Oil: It conditions hair and improves elasticity.
Jojoba Oil: It’s best for oily hair. The jojoba oil is like our own natural skin and hair oils. It will leave your hair soft and light, without weighing it down.
Avocado Oil: It is the the most moisturizing oils. Great for dry and frizzy hair.
Almond Oil: It relieves dry scalp, controls hair loss and smooth cuticle of strands
Rosemary Oil: It relieves dry scalp, stimulates follicles and slows premature hair loss.
Coconut Oil: It adds shines and soften your hair! Coconut oil is great for all hair types. It also helps in reduce dandruff.
Sesame Oil: It is great for all hair type and adds shines to your hair. It also helps slow down hair loss, great to treat thinning hair.

Here’s how I prepare my Hot Oil Hair Treatment
. In a medium saucepan, heat a few inches of water on high until boiling. Then, reduce to low heat and keep water on a simmer. Measure* and place all ingredients (essential oils iuse olive oil, jojoba and almond oil) in a heat proof bowl and place over the pot of simmering water. Let the oil heat up slowly and infuse for 30 minutes.after 30 minutes, remove oil from heat let it cool slightly until it's not too hot to handle but still very warm to the touch.Dip your fingertips into the oil and gently massage the oil from scalp to end. When all the oil is used, cover the hair with a shower cap. At this point, you can also add a damp and hot towel over the shower cap for better result. Leave it on for 30 minutes.

Then, shampoo your hair. I usually shampoo twice after this oil treatment. Repeat every 2 to 4 weeks.

ANOTHER THING THAT I LOVE TO DO IS
Mix 1/2 cup flat beer (pour beer into a container and let it sit out for a couple of hours ) with 1 tsp OLIVE oil and a raw egg. Apply to clean, damp hair, let sit for 15 minutes, then rinse with cool water.
THIS ADDS SHINE TO LIMP HAIR.

    THATS IT!!

  • 1. Find about 10 smooth oval shaped stones in your yard or a stream. If not found in your yard, buy some at your local hardware or craft store. Basalt rock is considered the best for this treatment, granite is second-best.

    2. Clean each of the rocks, use a file to knock down any sharp and rough parts.

    3. Place all the rocks in a large zip-lock bag.

    4. Close the bag and place in a sink full of hot water.

    5. Open the bag and let enough of the hot water in to cover all the rocks.

    6. Remove the rocks from the bag and place them on your back.

    7. Leave on until rock gets cold.

    8. Repeat for satisfaction
