Review: Innisfree Water Glow Cushion Foundation SPF50+ PA+++

Innisfree Long Wear Cushion Foundation

Innisfree long wear cushion foundationLast week at the Innisfree Blogger’s meet, I was introduced to the new launch- Innisfree Cushion Foundation for long-lasting & flawless finish all day. The product has 2 variants-

  • Innisfree Long Wear Cushion Foundation for Oily and Combination Skin
  • Innisfree Water Glow Cushion Foundation for Dry skin.

The Cushion Foundation comes in three shades-

No. 13: Light Basic

No. 21: Natural Basic

No.23: True Basic

I picked up the Water Glow Cushion Foundation as per my skin requirement in shade No 23 True Basic. The SPF50+/PA+++ is an add on bonus. The Water Glow Cushion quenches the skin with one application and one can feel the foundation touch. The key ingredient of fresh green tea essence instantly penetrates moisture into the skin and leaves the face feeling smooth and radiant. The air magic puff gives a smooth and even texture. This lightweight makeup base enhances the skin tone. Get an instant dewy complexion with an instant cooling effect.

The high SPF content wards off harmful UV rays. The water cushion provides full overage and remains light on skin and requires less touch-ups. It’s been 3 days and the product has already become my Go- to rescue as against liquid foundations that smudge on the face and start running down soon after perspiration. The cushion, like a pressed compact powder is easy to use and easy to carry. Use the puff evenly over the face in the stage of foundation and pat to finish. Your base will be ready in a minute and there won’t be any need of blending like incase of liquid and stick foundations.

My skin has starting behaving in a very funny manner. It becomes dry to oily depending on its mood. The water glow cushion foundation gives ample coverage and moisture at the same time.

Price Rs 1,700/- for 15g, available at Innisfree Khan Market store, New Delhi.

If you also have a foundation blending problem like me, this an apt product for you.
