Write positive notes to yourself because you are just wow!
Let go of your inner perfectionist, you are more you with your imperfections.
Forgive yourself for all the past mistakes, it was just a phase.
Appreciate the smallest of the achievements;you are the hero & you are the cheerleader.
Take out ME time everyday, you totally deserve it.
Mother yourself, I just cannot stress this enough.
Love yourself because you are your longest commitment; keep yourself happy.
