How to calm yourself during an Anxiety Attack?
1. Just do something (walk, cook etc) to disrupt your thoughts.
2. Regain a sense of control.
3. Breathe in and out.
4. Rationally deal with your anxious thoughts.
5. Replace worst case scenarios with an opposite thought that is also a possibility.
6. Think of your achievements in the last one week.
7. Think of all the good things around.
8. Tell yourself- This too shall pass!
And it will all be fine!
