How do you stay well post diagnosis of CANCER?

1. Focus on priorities rather than 7 different things.

2. Never take life too seriously.

3. Look for your silver linings. Everyone has at least one if not many.

4. Look at other things you’ll still be able to do.

5. Remember how uncomfortable a procedure gets, it’s never unbearable.

6. Tell yourself: I am willing to bear the discomfort. I’m dealing with this well. I’m going to get through this.
