7 Tips to ACHIEVE MINDFULNESS and PEACE in LIFE

  1. Don’t Multitask
Multitasking has never worked. Do one thing at a time with full concentration and do it well. It is very essential to prioritise tasks because that shows good time management skills and also eases of stress. End result: mindfulness and peace.

  2. Spend ME Time
Take out some time through the day wherein you can introspect the moves you have already made.
Spend quality time with yourself and try to know more about yourself because you are your best support. End result: mindfulness and peace.

  3. DO what makes YOU HAPPY
Do things that make you happy. If you like to bake, do it consciously. If you like to bicycle, do it. If you are a person who likes to keep a journal or a diary, go for it. All this will help you channelise your emotions and thoughts and make you more aware about your inner self. End result: mindfulness and peace.

  4. Listen first
Hearing and listening are two different things. If you want to be heard by someone, you need to first listen to others.

  5. Meditate, do breathing exercises, yoga
Notice the sensation of your breaths. This will keep you calmer and focused throughout the day.

  6. Follow your PASSION
Turn your dreams into reality because you are born with a lot of potential and you can totally achieve what you aim for. All you need to do is stop procrastinating and start working.

  7. Limit your phone time & give that time to yourself
Holding a phone may temporarily ease you of your boredom but it takes up a lot of your time. If you feel like touching your phone after every 10 minutes, it means you’re addicted. So the next time you feel like scrolling through your phone, go out to your garden or balcony and spend time with yourself and admire the nature for a change. End result: mindfulness and peace.

Hope this helps you to grow and achieve what you aim for. Live a conscious life to experience life in its fullness. See you with another blog very soon! Sending lots of good wishes, peace and mindfulness your way.
