Tanya SachdevLuxury saw another milestone with the launch of Maison Lancôme at Select Citywalk, Delhi. On a pleasing wintery afternoon, the store glazed with glamour and beauty and finest products in skin care. With enough oomph and questions, I marched into the store to meet the entire Lancôme team in vigour and passion. The glitter in my eye matched the glitter in the store!
National Makeup Artist Stafford Braganza and Celebrity dermatologist Dr Varun Katyal were happily in hand for consultations at the store. The Christmas spirit and the new year high buzzed the store and chirpy smiles welcomed the guests. After a brief introduction and gaining in the colors of the store, I straight away went on to the makeover chair to have my tete-a-tete with Stafford Braganza. With too many questions popping in the head, I knew I was at the right place at the right time.
Stafford worked on my face like a sculpture. He is an experienced and a well known makeup artist with extensive skill in makeup and beauty products. He is currently working as National Makeup Artist for Lancôme in India. Lancôme is a French, luxury cosmetics and fragrance brand. He has trained around the globe in places like Paris, Dallas/ Fort Worth, Bangkok, HongKong, Singapore and Bangkok, under some very renowned makeup artists in the world. He worked his magic hand on my face to accentuate my features and make me feel and believe beautiful. I learnt the trick of applying the foundation & blush on correctly.
Luxury was personified at the launch. It felt great to learn more about an age old brand and how it’s working hard to bring out the best in women across age and countries. With a little souvenir, I made my way back with fresh fragrance and colors of the store.
