Lakme Absolute Precision Eye Artist Liner

The range has four shades- Black, Blue Sapphire, Emerald Green and Burnished Brown. My box has three of them, thank you Lakme. The colors compliment Indian skin tones and make up for perfect jewelled eyes. These are earthy tones and would match up with most of your outfits. The eyeliner comes with a rubber grip for better support. The eyeliner tip is handy and goes easy from thin to thick lines. These colors can also be used as eyeshadow base for a jewelled effect. The shimmer is loud yet blends for a subtle look.

Lakme Absolute Illuminating Lip Shimmer

The lip shimmer is available in 15 shades. My box has three of them in shades Pink Flash, Tropical Shine and Crimson Blink. Pink Flash, as the name suggests is a bright hue in flashes of pink. Tropical Shine is a shade of gold mixed in copper. It would make a good eye makeup base aswell. Crimson Blink is a red hue in a warmer tone.

For me, lipstick is the most important makeup product. I can go totally bare with just a bold swipe of lip color. These are just those shades. Shimmery in effect and smooth in application, these lip shimmers are all that you need for a party. The color pay off is rich. Let your lips do the talking.

Note: The lipstick has an unpleasant smell. And for those who are fond of matte colors and non-shimmer effect, this may not be a favourable option. But then we have multiple lipsticks for multiple occasions. These ones can be your party picks. And for those like me who love to experiment everyday, go ahead.

Lakme Illuminating Eye Shadow Palette

The Lakme Illuminating Eye Shadow Palette comes in two variants: Gold & Silver. Each variant has six shades from the same family. My box has the Gold variant and I’m happy about it. I like to play in shades of gold and bronze and peach and this palette has all of it. These earthy tones are smooth to apply and blend well. These shades are light in nature and have to be layered up for a dramatic effect. But this also gives the liberty to go light during day time. These are not highly pigmented. The shimmer is light. The palette is effective in creating softer looks. But for those bold and dark effects, you’ll have to take the help of another palette from you makeup stash. You can also use any of the Lakme Absolute Precision Eye Artist Liner as a base for a darker effect.

The palette is compact and comes with a full size mirror and an applicator. This makes it easy to carry around. These complimentary shades highlight your eyes, blend effortlessly and create bolder looks for your special occasions.
