Hey hey hey! I just got my hands on the Bayla skin products and it’s a delight using all of them. The brand is new and has 5 products under their portfolio currently. They are launching a sunscreen soon and I’m excited about that as well. Let me first talk about their existing range which has a face wash, a serum and 3 face masks. Thanks Bayla Skin for sending the products.
Bayla Skin Products Review
Packaging
Let me first talk about the packaging- drool worthy. The colours are so vibrant that you just wanna eat them. The tangy orange, the mesmerising blue, the tomato red and the bubblegum pinks- it is just so wow. The packaging is such a catch, that I’d want to just pick them up and get them home. I have got one face wash, one face serum and 3 face masks. I’ll talk about all the products now one by one.
Bayla Raspberry Fresh Face wash
I’ll talk about Bayla Raspberry Fresh Face wash first. I love the pink colour. The product is weighted at 100 ml for INR 545/-. It’s a long tube and will last you a good time. The main ingredients are raspberry extract, liquorice extract, aloe vera extract and Hyaluronic acid. The face wash helps with detoxification, cleansing and hydration of the skin. The good part is that it’s suitable for all skin types. It’s so fun using it. It doesn’t dry the skin out and leaves it feeling fresh and soft. The face wash has a mild berry fragrance that adds charm to it.
Bayla Peachy Boost Face Serum
Now let’s talk about the Bayla Peachy Boost Face Serum. The serum has some really interesting ingredients like peach extract, Ferulic acid and Niacinamide. It’s 30 ml and priced at INR 699/-. Also, suitable for all skin types. It hydrates and helps in skin brightening. Recommended for mature skin for its anti-ageing properties. Just love the way the orange drops drop on the skin and merge with it. Natural luminescence is the highlight here.
Bayla Raspberry Vital Face Mask
Bayla Raspberry Vital Face Mask is good for normal, oily and combination skin. I can easily use it owing to its ingredients – raspberry seed oil, tea tree extract, glycolic acid and lactic acid. It’s priced at INR 678 for 50 gm. The face mask is a delight to use. One has to scoop it out and apply a thin layer all over the face and then gently massage it till fully absorbed. Rinse it after 30 minutes and say hello to a hydrated face. The fragrance is soothing. It hydrates, calms and soothes the skin which is all I want at the end of the day.
Moving now to the Bayla Watermelove Acne Prone skin face mask. The key ingredients are watermelon extract, papaya extract, Salicylic acid (helps with acne) and Hyaluronic acid (nourishes and hydrates the skin). It fights blemishes and acne and hydrates the skin. Price INR 739/- for 50 gms. The zesty notes of watermelon quench the skin’s thirst.
The final product is Bayla Blueberry Shield for normal, oily and combination skin. The price of this product is INR 695/- for 50 gm. It’s packed with the goodness of blueberry extract, aloe vera extract, Hyaluronic acid and Niacinamide. This face mask is an antioxident power house for the skin. It rejuvenates, replenishes and repairs the skin and adds to the natural glow we all deserve. The fragrance is calming and soothing.
All the masks are like 2 in 1- a mask coupled with a hydrating cream. You just have to scoop it out, apply on the skin, massage over for 2-4 minutes until fully absorbed and then rinse off after 30 minutes. These masks have gel like consistency which hydrates the skin well.
I look forward to new products from the brand. This current set of products are companions for most of our skincare concerns. I’m all sorted for summers. Time for you to sort too. : )
